Hello fabulous people! Welcome back!
Today, I have a dress that is quite close to my heart and even closer to my fingers! Why? keep reading to find out!
Heat in the south is UNBEARABLE sometimes, but does that mean style should suffer? OH NO!! That’s why this light pink off the shoulder maxi dress is one of my favorites for spring/summer weather! I also own it in yellow and thinking about getting it in red or blue. I would usually put a link so you all can click and purchase it as well but, there isn’t one. Why? Because I made it myself! Yup, that’s right. Just me and my Grandmother’s sewing machine. It was SUPER easy and obviously fabulous!

I absolutely adore pieces like this! You can just throw it on and instantly look amazing. It doesn’t take much effort. The material is thick enough so there isn’t a need for many undergarments, but thin enough not to make you hot. I feel like a wind goddess every time!
Since it was a pretty relaxed day, I decided to accessorize this dress with a medium tan wrap around choker with gold tips, gold hoop earrings, a couple gold midi rings, my usual gold bracelet and this lightweight tan hat. This camel-colored purse is on lend from my mother’s EXTENSIVE Dooney & Bourke collection.
STYLE TIP!
Take this dress from casual to classic by
pulling the sleeves up on the shoulders,
adding a nice belt to the waist and timeless
accessories, like chandelier earrings or a cuff bracelet.
Thanks again for joining me!
Love & Peace,
